At K. Hall Designs, we lovingly handcraft each item with care. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on UNOPENED AND UNUSED items only, until January 1, 2026. For sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept returns on opened, used or sampled items. Due to the special and limited nature of this sale, we are unable to offer exchanges for different or additional items.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, please email orders@khallstudio.com with the following information:
A K. Hall Designs customer service associate will respond with a Return Authorization Number and address to where the merchandise may be returned. To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and the original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received in an unopened and saleable condition, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs through the carrier of their choice. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
DAMAGES / MIS-SHIPMENTS
In the case that your item(s) arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped, please email orders@khallstudio.com with the following information before January 1, 2026:
K. Hall Designs will respond with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping label listing the address to where the merchandise should be returned (if applicable). To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and the original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued. Refunds on original shipping costs may be refunded only if the entire order was affected by the damage / mis-ship. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the affected item is returned to K. Hall Designs.
